Windows 10: Antimalware Service Executable High Memory Usage on startup

This has been going on for a month or two now, Antimalware Service Executable takes up around 40% of my Memory usage literally 30s after turning on my laptop. It stays like that for the entirety of my laptop being turned on, it's stuck on 125-135MB of usage almost always.I've looked up answers here before, but nothing helped.To exclude any potential virus threat, I did regular Windows Defender Scan, offline WD scan and I ran sfc /scannow, none of them found anything out of the regular. I had Malwarebyte installed previously and it also didn't find anything. I uninstalled it now out of fear it

High Memory Usage Antimalware Service Executable

AntiMalware Service Executable using high memory.

I have no idea why but AntiMalware Service Executable is using high memory. I have tried turning off Real time Protection and clearing any possible viruses off my computer but just seems to stay at a high memory usage (averaging around 50% memory).
