  1. Antimalware Service Executable is blocking access to any browsers except for Edge

When I try to open Chrome or Opera it will instantly close, and Antimalware Service Executable will jump in CPU usage. I've put Chrome in as an exception for Microsoft Defender. I've restored Firewall defaults. Controlled folder access is off. The problem arose when I logged into Microsoft Store for the first time. I've turned off real time protection, still nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.
