  1. Antimalware Service Executable using most of my CPU and I am unable to end it

So I have recently bought my new PC and it worked just fine but today I found an unusually high CPU usage, checked task manager and saw that this service uses about 80% of my CPU which is a Ryzen 7 5700g so its not a weak CPU by any means. I have waited for a few hours but the high usage continues. I've tried to end it from my account which has admin permissions but it gave me the "Operation is not completed Access denied" error. I have logged into the admin account from command prompt net user aministrator /active:yes and it still gives me the same error when trying to end the task. How

    Antimalware Service Executable High CPU

I am experiencing high CPU usage on the Antimalware Service Executable on my Surface Pro i7 1 tb (2017). This has been going on for a couple of months. It makes my computer almost unusable. The CPU sits at 100% any time I try to use it. The CPU has
over 50% usage when nothing is being run in the foreground all the time (24 hours a day). The April update was just installed and the Antimalware Service Executable is still running at over 40% of the CPU utilization.
