Discus and support Antivirus shows InstallUtil.exe giving outbound connections to unknown site every few minutes. in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; InstallUtil.exe tries to connect to "blackrosehf.de" every few minutes.     Antivirus shows InstallUtil.exe giving outbound connections to unknown site every few minutes.


    InstallUtil.exe tries to connect to "blackrosehf.de" every few minutes. I believe my pc could have been infected. How can I fix this?

    Outbound rules still show as allowed.

    Why do all of the default (pre-defined) MS Firewall outbound rules still show as allowed when I have set outbound connections to block for the Domain, Private and Public profiles? Shouldn't setting outbound connections to block block everything in the outbound list?

    Unknown devices connected to my pc

    It is found under network connection, listed as unknown devices connected to my pc. After changing password to FiOS G1100 and also name of network connection I still found an unknown phone and a tablet showing under unknown devices connected to my pc.

    Found by looking in "my pc", then "network".

    remove unknown wifi connections from list of connected sites,
