Windows 10: Any advice on how I can cool my tower down thats cheap?

So I was playing some fallout 4 and noticed my tower was really hot, my SSD was running at 64 celcius, While this is not overheating temp its close to it (I think its 70c), what could I do to try to vent some of this?

Is it safe to like literally cut a hole in the side of the tower case right over the cpu fan so it blows the cool air right in? (or out I am unsure which way it blows lol) Maybe duct tape some screening over it? bascally a ghetto case mod.

The case really has no extra space for another fan, so looking for some DIY ideas.

alarm volume on n95

did anyone find out how to change the volume on the alarm of the n95. I am using one of my sound files for alarm which is really cool... unfortunately i can not change the volume.. thats not good. anyone any ideas?

This is where the problem is!

If the computer is not recognizing your cooling fan, chances are the temperature monitoring sensors are functioning incorrectly and as a result, when they give a red flag, the PC shuts down to prevent damage.

First, consult Acer regarding this on any advice they can provide as they know better of their hardware.

Secondly, I suggest you taking it to a repair center.
