Windows 10: Any alternative methods to repair a corrupted DISM tool?

I am attempting to install docker to run a basic photogrammetry program for my small business. During the install I get the following error detecting corruption in windows:So I have to resolve the above before proceeding with the docker install. I ran file checker and it discovered errors that were unable to be fixed. The log shows the following:2022-08-25 10:42:49, Info CSI 0000005f Hashes for file member [l:14]'DismCorePS.dll' do not match. Expected: {l:32 ml:33 b:22928a593a43d029e5ac789cc38afe5ffe5007099e0d39a2b4a0761559a157d4}. Actual: {l:32 b:151f17f9c5239d91e5d2e34cae

Windows won't start or repair

Hi,

This issue may occur due to a
missing/corrupted system files. We suggest that you perform these methods
of troubleshooting steps to fix this matter:

Method 1:
Run SFC Scan.

To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.
  

This will check and run an auto-repair on the issue.

Method 2:
Run DISM Tool.

After running the
SFC scan
and the issue still persist, run the
DISM
to check the system health and to try restoring the files. To run
DISM tool, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following command:
  
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    

NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
Do not cancel.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

unfinished update process which
corrupted the system files. We suggest that you try these troubleshooting
methods and run the update again:

Method 1:
Run SFC Scan.

  and hit
  Enter.
