    Any fixes on my CPU being used 98%-100% almost all the time?


    It's been like a month since my PC started acting pretty weird , and I don't know why , all the time when my PC freezes at games , on the browser or anything else , for a second , two , my CPU's fan are going absolutely crazy. Any way to fix this?I saw on internet to check if I have any running apps on the background or something , but this "98% - 100%" comes even when I open my PC.Is my CPU... actually dying or I can fix this with some sort of app or updates?Please I really need help!My PC Spec is:Intel Core i5-3470 AMD Radeon RX 550I use Windows 10 I have 8GB Ram

    why does my CPU always go to 100%

    OK - sounds like I need to hire a part-time worker to start on this list lol.

    Are there any tools or MS Utilities that will allow me to log what the activities are of Windows Explorer or File Explorer?

    It is always and one process "Windows Explorer" and sometimes a sub-process "File Explorer" hang off Windows Explorer, that are taking the 98%++ - 100% CPU.

    Thank you for the suggestion and for providing the link to the fix. I appreciate your effort in trying to assist me with this issue.

    I've followed the steps outlined in the blog you shared, hoping it would alleviate the 100% CPU usage problem on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, despite trying the suggested fix, the issue persists. It seems like my situation might be a bit more complex or perhaps requires a different approach to resolve.

    Nonetheless, I'm grateful for your input and willingness to help. If you or anyone else has any other suggestions or ideas, I'm more than willing to try them out. Thanks again for your support!
