Windows 10: Any Forza Horizon game shuts down my PC

So what I mean by that is that it tells me that a something has been changed it tells me to restart my pc, even if I close the game it will restart my PC anyway. I can play other games perfectly fine I run minecraft at good FPS and I run warzone at good FPS and also GTA 5. does anyone know how to fix this?PC specs:Radeon RX 5700 XTRyzen 5 360032gb RAM1.8TB total storage896gb storage left
