Windows 10: Any idea as to why certain web sites dont display FONTS correctly?

Im a graphic artist and I have hundreds of fonts that I install in order to carry on with my design work. For some reason there are some web sites that do not display correctly and this also happens with a few Emails. At first I thought it was a browser issue but turns out that its same issue on Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. Ive attached a screenshot of the site and how its displayed on my end and here is the link to the actual site:https://strawpoll.com/I downloaded and replaced the Default Windows Fonts, reset fonts back to default in the settings, cleared the cache of the browsers, and restart

For me this works:

Step 1: Run Command Prompt as administrator.

Step 2: Type C:\Windows\Fonts\Arial.ttf and press Enter.


Then I get the install option (no longer greyed out)

Open Character Map and select Symbol next to Font. Does it display correctly?
