Windows 10: Any idea how I can recover my microsoft account?

Recently I posted on reddit in the official Microsoft support thread requesting help with this, but the support team hasn't responded to my request for four days, while responding to multitudes of others with questions about their hacked accounts. I had my Microsoft and google account compromised so everything has been going haywire for a couple weeks. I was able to get my google account back under my control, but I’m still having issues with Microsoft. I’ve tried to reset my password, but someone changed my email to another random email under ie******* Email address is removed for privacy *** and blocked the no-reply em
