    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    the stepping is fixed its built in to the cpu is like a revision on a chip....i think you mean multiplyer?

    Any Idea on what this error means?: So I just installed a new graphics card an 3080 12gb ROG strix Eva edition and the and my computer has begun to lock up and black screen then proceeds to restart. I'm not sure if it is defective or not. But for safe measure I removed it and now back to my original graphics...
