Windows 10: Any one help with this windows error ?

Ok this has been happening lately every time i install or uninstall a software i get this message

but the program uninstalled completely no let overs
I am using










can any one tell me should i ignore it or is there a way to solve it ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
