Windows 10: Any one know how to delete these file, it keep show file not found

I have a file in my download folder named DMS.I tried to delete it but it keeps giving me the error: could not find this item.then I found it can't delete the file with a name like this :79_LUß¼T K¥ KßT,GIA NHß¼P VÇ THßC HIßåN ÉIßÇU »ßÜC QUßÉC this just annoys me, Does anyone know the solution to this?

Files in mediaplayer on W7

I have some files listed on my windows media player library showing that are no longer on my hard drive. It will not let me delete them for some reason. Waht can I do to get rid of these? I right click, asksme if I want to delete when I click on delete, but nothing happens after that. Obviously the files cannot be accessed when the location no longer exists, any ideas?

 

Deleting the "SoftwareDistribution" Files

I noticed that "Depending on your HDD Space and you made sure your Updated on Windows 7" that you can delete all the Files "Going into Safe-Mode of course" but i saw a .Txt File that shows the Updates you've installed "That i deleted by mistake" but by deleting that File i saw the updates needed to be installed again but i knew weren't true.

So yeah what ya' think? Should this be a good idea? I saw that over 3GB worth of files!
