Windows 10: Any suggestions? BSOD with error code 0xc000021a upon startup. The fix in command prompt...

When typing the Microsoft workaround into the command prompt. It first asks if I would like to overwrite the current hidparse.sys file yes/no/all. Upon prompting yes or all, it gives the error: File creation error - The requested operation cannot be preformed on a file with a user-mapped section open. I have no way of getting into my PC. None of the save modes work so my only option is basically to try and fix it from the Command Prompt.

0xc000021a error on startup

Hi,

Got the 0xc000021a error and BSOD on turning on laptop. Computer then turns off. On next start, tries to diagnose and repair but unsucesfull.

I’ve tried most of the advice on here with no sucess:

Chkdsk returns no errors

Startup repair doesnt work

DISM doesnt work from command prompt

Laptop won’t boot in either safe modes

Laptop won’t boot after turning off driver signature or malware.

I’m running out of ideas!
