Windows 10: Any suggestions to recover a hacked account?

My son unknowingly yesterday gave out crucial information that allowed someone online access to my windows account. This “individual” then changed both my wife and my email on file and passwords. As a result we have no access to not only my windows account, xbox purchases, or my other sons minecraft acct. there seems to be no way to talk to a real person at microsoft. Every attempt i make ends in talking to a bot or here. I have created a new account in an attempt to fill out the recovery form but has been told insufficient info 3 times. I gave a picture from my xbox showing the current
