    Any touchscreen app I can use to circle, draw on my laptop screen while I narrate?


    I'm trying to record some videos commenting on some sports. Obviously I can screen record and play the clip. I can run Audacity to record my audio. Are there any free programs I can use so I can "draw"on the screen to point things in the sports clip as I talk over it?

    Ghost Circles and touchscreens

    There was what seems to be as big Windows 10 upgrade yesterday. I have a touchscreen. Now I'm getting ghost circles scrolling down the center of my screen and lose control of the mouse and the keyboard. Sometimes the screen zooms out really big. It seems
    I can be on for a few minutes with no problem but then the circles start. The only way I can shut down is to hold the power button.

    I went into devices and pen and ink but that didn't seem to have anything that fixed it. I shutdown and unplugged the computer. Plugged it in and restarted but the circles came back. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse and keyboard but that
    didn't work.

    Suggestions? I don't use the touchscreen so do you think if it is disabled that would fix it? If so, how do I do that.

    • Which version of operating system (OS) build is currently installed on your phone?
    • How long you've been having this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Can you send us a screenshot showing the icon or tiles that is circle while the Narrator is turn on and turn off?

    I have an new HP Envy touchscreen desktop and would like to be able to add/draw on pictures and web pages and such via touchscreen or a mouse. What should I use or do or get?
