Windows 10: Any way to enable colemak keyboard layout in windows 10

Hello. Is there any way to enable the colemak keyboard layout in windows 10? I'm thinking of dropping qwerty but I can't find colemak in the settings, I only find davork. Does anyone know how to enable this?

Alternate Keyboard Layouts on Mobile (Windows 10)

I bought a Bluetooth keyboard to try to pair with my Windows 10 Lumia for a few Continuum-ish scenarios, but shortly after finishing the order I immediately realized the next problem I will have: I touch type these days in an alternate keyboard, Colemak
(colemak.com). Is there a way yet to install a Colemak layout for my Lumia? This would be quite helpful for me.

 

Wrong keyboard layout in login page after update to 1607

I have a similar problem after updating to 1607. Normally I use Google Japanese Input to type in both English and Japanese with a keyboard layout called Colemak.

However after updating to Anniversary Edition if I try to type English in Cortana search or any 'Windows 10 app' style program it uses qwerty. If I type Japanese it still uses the colemak layout, but if I use Japanese Input's 'direct input' to type English
it uses qwerty layout.

What I have done is add English (United States) with colemak layout as an additional language. I can use that to type English with colemak layout in Cortana search. But that's really not my preferred set up to have this extra IME loaded in my PC.

 

How can I import a custom keyboard layout?

Right now, I use the key combination (Windows + Space Bar) to toggle between English and Greek keyboard layouts. I would like to add an alternative layout that is not in the library. I see (US - Dvorak) and (US - Colemak) layouts/languages, for instance.
But the Halmak layout isn't there. Is there a way to import a new layout?
