Windows 10: Any way to fix my 2nd monitor taskbar from empying out after I turn on that monitor?

Since microsoft seems adamant on not allowing me to contact them directly about this, I guess I have to post this here.So, when I turn on my monitors, they act as though they are being unplugged and then plugged in again. If they are off, they function normally like they are plugged in, but just the display is off. The problem is that with the latest windows 10 22H2 update 19045.5011, the 2nd monitor now empties the taskbar of all programs that are pinned until I restart windows explorer. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I turn on the monitor.What makes this even weirder is that when I chang

I figured it out. *Eek Right click in Taskbar area to open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. See below.

 

2nd laptop monitor turning off when the laptop turns off

So,

I have my laptop with a 2nd monitor, is there a way to set my 2nd monitor to turn off or on when the laptop turns off or on,

basically, when I start turning on my laptop, my other 2nd monitor stays off, is there a way to make it turn on when I start my laptop, same with the shutdown?

Same with my xbox, when I turn my xbox on the monitor stays off.

Taskbar autohide intermittent fail on 2nd monitor

Windows 10 Enterprise ( latest feature update version 20H2)

Autohide is ON (desktop mode) and set to "Show taskbar on all displays". Taskbar is at the bottom of the screen. Autohide works on the main monitor (monitor 1) either by moving the mouse or by hitting the Windows button. BUT sometimes (like right now) it will only hide by hitting the Windows button, meaning clicking away from the taskbar on Monitor 1 does not autohide the taskbar.

THE MAIN PROBLEM: The taskbar ALWAYS DISPLAYS on Monitor 2, BLOCKING THE BOTTOM OF OPEN APP WINDOWS. The only way to get it to move out of the way is to turn off "Show taskbar on all displays". I have tried locking and unlocking the taskbar, turning autohide off and back on, and rebooting.

This is an ongoing (for years) issue, every once in a while it will start to work normally, and then it stops again. Rebooting does not fix it. Sometimes autohide works on Monitor 1 but not Monitor 2, sometimes, neither.

Is there a reliable fix? (Please don't explain how to turn autohide on and off for main and multiple displays in settings, done that many times already, as described above.)
