Any way to prevent Windows 10 from changing from Local Account Login

Any way to prevent Windows 10 from changing from Local Account Login to Microsoft account login? I go through the process of changing my login to Local and a few days later Windows 10 says it updated files and the next time I start to login the system has been reset to Microsoft login and after logging in when I go to reset it to Local login it won't let me choose the same User Name. Is there anyway to prevent this other than installing Linux?

    Thanks
    Mel

    :)

Child changing his Microsoft Account login to a local login to circumvent controls/restrictions

My child found that he could change his Microsoft-account login , the email login, into a local login.

After that he could circumvent all controls put on his account.

    Hi is turning 13 soon.

Isn't this a major floor? I mean a child when logged in, should be prevented from changing his own account type from standard to admin or from MS Account login to a local login.

Please help, MS engineers and designers!

Optional Microsoft Account sign in for Windows 10

I know that. But after my first login on Store using Microsoft Account Credentials Windows 10 automatically changes the way I login to windows from Local Account to Microsoft Account and I cannot get back to my Local Account without password unless I delete
the user and make another one. When I login to Store I want to be asked about my Microsoft Account Credentials and login WITHOUT affecting the way I login to the system. Now is more clear?
