  1. Any way to reactivate after hardware change without calling?

I've just upgrade my computer this week, and now windows isn't activated because it detected new hardware. Tried the method of troubleshoot activation > I changed hardware on this device > reactivate but it just gives me a "unable to upgrade, try again later" message.

It's a retail copy, linked to my account. So i try calling - I explain the issue, give the person my details and am told to expect a call in 1-2 hours. So, 2 days later (when i am at work, so not near my computer anyway) I get a call where the lady asks what the issue is, then asks when i upgraded the computer, then just hangs up on me. I don't want to have to wait another couple days just to get hung up on again, is there any other way I can get this reactivated?

  3. windows 10 reactivation after hardware change

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."
