Windows 10: Anyone else have apps and preferences disappear after Windows 11 23H2 update?

I'm typically a Mac user, but also have a Windows build I use for testing from time to time.I installed the 23H2 update a couple days ago and upon restarting noticed that my wallpaper had changed, most of my shortcuts were missing from the taskbar, and a lot of my applications now have an "Install" subline under or next to them. I lost all of my Adobe apps, all of my Maxon apps, nearly all of my utilities, my browsers, including Edge, and all of my Office apps.What in the world happened? After a search in forums, here and elsewhere, I see others posting about this over the years, the oldest go

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2
