  1. Anyone else having an issue connecting to Verizon on their laptop?

Hi, I forgot to click for my ESIM profile to not be deleted during a hard reset. Not for some reason I cannot connect my pc to Verizon again. Instead, I get an error Saying "We couldn't get to the website.". I have no idea what it means or why I can't reinstall my ESIM. I know it has nothing to do with my user's name and password, I tried them intentionally wrong to see if it was just an account problem, I just got an error saying my credentials were wrong so that was not what was wrong. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X13s running on a snapdragon processor.

    :)

  2. Verizon Jet Pack Issue on Windows 10

    Hi Robert,

This could be a possible internet connection issue or has something to do with your laptop's performance. For us to verify this further, we would like to know the following:

    • Aside from your laptop, are there other devices connected to the Verizon Jetpack?
    • If yes, what are those devices? Were you able to get online on those other devices?

If the problem only happens on your laptop, then we suggest that you look into the troubleshooting steps for the

Tips to improve PC performance in Windows 10

If other devices also experiencing the same issue, then we suggest getting in touch with the manufacturer of Verizon Jetpack for further assistance.

    Verizon connection issue

Just got back from a vacation and got a call from my next door neighbor/buddy/peer that his new computer is having some funky internet issues. Pages like Google & Youtube will load just fine (not sure about video since he has yet to download Flash) but many websites do not. He can Google search anything and have results returned but most of the links he clicks on do not load.

A quick call to Verizon went something like this:
-Dealt with the robot for 9 hours until he spammed 0
-Tech support tells him to hard-reset the router
-Sets up new username & password
-Has us check if it the internet works (it doesn't)
-Tells us it's not a networking problem and says bye

From what he's told me, his brother's computer has been having spontaneous connection drops ever since the hard-reset.

It's a Verizon Westell [insert model here] modem/router. I don't know the specifics of the model but if needed I'll get it.

I just wanted some input on what the issue could be, because I'm networking-illiterate and I've always had luck here.

    Summary:
A 3/768 Verizon DSL connection hard-wired to 2 computers through a Verizon-provided Westell modem/router is giving one (brand new) computer connectivity issues with indefinite load times for selective websites. The modem is also spontaneously dropping connection.

  4. Anyone else having an issue connecting to Verizon on their laptop?

I have a Verizon MiFi M3100 Jetpack. Cannot connect it to my Dell laptop with Windows 10.

    Hello, LindaPansire

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting your Verizon MiFi M3100 Jetpack to your Dell laptop with Windows 10. There are several potential reasons for this issue, along with corresponding troubleshooting steps you can attempt:

    1. Confirm the compatibility of your Verizon MiFi M3100 Jetpack with your Dell laptop. For detailed information, it is recommended to reach out to Verizon's customer service through their contact page or by visiting a Verizon store.
    2. Ensure that your Jetpack is fully charged and powered on. You can assess the battery level and signal strength by referring to the device screen.
    3. Verify that your laptop's Wi-Fi functionality is enabled and that you can detect other available networks. If this is not the case, you may need to troubleshoot your laptop's Wi-Fi settings or your network drivers. Attempt to connect to your Jetpack's Wi-Fi network using the network name (SSID) and password displayed on the device screen. If you are unable to locate your Jetpack's network, adjusting the Wi-Fi channel or frequency band settings on your Jetpack might be necessary. Also, temporarily disabling any firewall or antivirus software on your laptop could also help identify if they are obstructing the connection. However, remember to promptly reactivate these security programs once the issue is resolved.
    4. If connecting to your Jetpack's Wi-Fi network still proves unsuccessful, you can try utilizing a USB cable to tether your laptop to the Jetpack. This method necessitates the installation of a driver on your laptop and enabling the USB tethered mode within your Jetpack's settings. If you don't know what to do, contact Verizon customer service.
If none of the aforementioned steps resolve the problem, it is advisable to contact Verizon's customer service or visit a Verizon store for further assistance. Additionally, the Verizon community forum might provide additional tips and solutions shared by other users.
