Windows 10: Anyone else’s brand new custom built pc freeze up every time you open it

I have a new pc that i build about 3 months ago that is having some problems. For some reason when i open it and boot to windows 11 it freezes comepletely after about 30 seconds, and when it unfreezes sometimes it freezes again shortly after. And when i say freeze i mean i cant do anything, i cant move the mouse, close windows or do anything with the keyboard. Most of the time it goes to blue windows error screen after a while and restarts but when i open it again it freezes again. The blue screen shows about every 3rd time i open it but most the time it just starts with me not being able

Upgrading on a brand new custom built computer

Would it be possible to get windows 10 for free on a brand new custom built computer with no current OS on it?

Just built my brand new computer from scratch and want to do a fresh install of windows 10 to my SSD. How would I go about doin this since I'm new to the whole custom built PC scene.

Custom PC Freezing

I recently built a custom PC and have been having substantial difficulty running it. I have loaded a USB with windows 10 installation media and necessary drivers. When I boot from the USB, I find that the computer freezes almost instantaneously. However, if I force restart several times, it eventually will not freeze. Sometimes I can use it for hours without any freezing. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this though I have tried some things.

HWmonitor suggests that nothing is overheating except for a pin or two that I suspect is a bad sensor

I ran a windows memory test that found no problems.

What can I do? Also, I apologize if this is not a focused question for this community.
