Windows 10: Anyone having a Windows phone?

hi guys,

Some time ago i bought (for the first time) an Apple 6 IPhone.

While i am not raved about it, i wonder if anyone can give info about the Nokia Lumia 930 phone.

Any good?

Before i buy one for me and give the Apple to my wife, i could use some backup here.

I know that MS phones will upgrade from 8.1 to Windows 10 for free and that there are many, many apps available as well.

I switched from android to WP mainly because I got bored with Android. I never got interested with iphone and it's iOS.

Don't switch phones by looking at handsets. IMO, all smartphones are almost the same in capabilities except for camera resolution.

It was a big change from Android to WP. I was frustrated from the very beginning because of lack of apps on Windows phone but they are catching up right now.

Lumia 930 belongs to a higher end Lumia series. I am sure it will be as good as my 1520.

My next phone may be an Ubuntu Phone. *Smile

I find the windows phones very nice, but you do need time to get to know how they work and what they do (for me the first impression was it looks very simple and doesn't do much), I moved from Android

Not sure how things work in Belgium for you, but in the UK we can usually return a phone upto 14 days after purchase if its not suitable, so a good 2 weeks to test them out

The only downside initially for me is, do you use many google services, if so you might not find it to good,i migrated over to MS services from google after getting mine and it now works perfectly
