Windows 10: Anyone know how to fix the Windows 10 Camera app?

Every time I open it, it crashes. Never used to do that before. Using a Logitech web cam. I googled the problem and couldn’t find a solution. It’s really been bothering me.

Method 1:

Run built in Windows Store Apps troubleshooter

* Press Windows Key then type ‘troubleshoot’ and select the same from the list

* Select “View all” on the left panel and run “Windows Store Apps” troubleshooter from the list

* Click Advanced, ensure to check Apply repairs automatically
and also select Run as administrator

* Click Next and finish the troubleshooting by following the on-screen instructions.

I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter from the following link and check.

Method 2: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Method 3: Also I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article and check id it helps.
