Solid White as a Background

hey,

As I can see, no white background appears in the list of Solid colors.

You may google White picture, save it to the desktop and set it as desktop background.

So I went to change my background and for the first time since updating I went to change my background color to a solid white, only to find there was no solid white. How is it possible that there is such a variety of colors, not as many as there were
with the last windows, but no white? Is it possible that I'm just not seeing it? Could it be located somewhere else?

As for the solid color background, I never was looking for white color! The Paint method is not simple at all, while your suggestion makes it possible to select various shades. Moreover, no need to shell out and write the command line: you can simply click
on the batch file, which is the least complicated operation. So thanks again, and please try to bring it back as a built-in procedure. This is not such a complicated matter. Features like Speech Recognition that have been actually deserted by Microsoft is
a more deplorable setback in W10.
