Windows 10: Anyone know what defenderbootstrapper.exe do?

I recently detected this app trying to access my internet and my firewall prevented that. I searched defenderbootstrapper.exe and found a site saying it's a coin miner. Should I be wary?

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set.
