Windows 10: Anyone know what to do?

So I have a pc that I bought last year. It got taken away and when I finally got it back yesterday, it wasn't working right. I can't factory reset it, it'll just act as though I'm restarting the pc no matter what method I try. And when it turns on again, things i installed before are gone and stuff i uninstalled is back but theres no restore point on the pc. I can't use the sfc /scannow command cause it says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." I've tried DSIM but it tells me that the component store is corrupted. Anyone know how I can fix this?

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
