    Windows 10 apps won't open fully on first try - have to close and reopen for them to work

    I have the same issues(Windows Apps do not fully open on first try after a period of non use-They work when closed and reopened). I have tried all of the suggestions in this thread to no avail.

    Windows 10 Pro

    Version 1709

    Unable to close Calculator app on Windows 10.

    Original Title: Windows calculator

    I opened the windows calculator and it opened full page Why? There's no X in the upper right hand corner to close the calculator, I have to go to my system tray and right click and select close window to close it. Why all the steps just to close any window?

    IE11 immediatly reopens itself whenever I close it out.

    We suggest that you follow these steps to clear the Windows Store cache:

    • Press the Windows key+R keys to open the Run dialog.
    • Type WSReset.exe, and click on OK.
    • The Windows Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.
    Let us know how it goes.
