Windows 10: Anyone with a Microsoft BT Mouse?

I have the Windows Mouse and Keyboard Center installed for my Microsoft BT mouse. Every time when turning my Microsoft bluetooth mouse on/off, a CLR20r3 error appears in my Windows logs/Reliability monitor. The mouse is working fine and connects without any issues. I have deleted and paired the mouse again but no avail. Sound Distortion w/ BT Headphones When I Move BT Mouse -- Help

I got a BT dongle. When I listen to music through BT headphones and move my mouse at the same time I hear distortion. When I dont move my mouse theres no distortion.

I got Realtek installed and its drivers updated. Thare are 2 options in the MS sound panel for headphones. One for BT headphones stereo and an other for BT non-stereo headphones. I enabled the one for stereo because it sounds better. But I hear distortion with the BT mouse. When I switch to the BT non-stereo option theres no distortion when I move my mouse but sound quality is bad.

What do you suggest to hear BT stereo perfectly with no distortion when I move my mouse?

Since the above suggestions didn't work on your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below for us to further locate the device driver that has been causing conflict on your system.

• Go to Settings.
• Click Devices.
• Scroll down, then select Device manager.
• Look for the mouse icon, then click it.
• Right-click on the available drivers.
• Select Uninstall.
• Re-connect your Microsoft mouse, so that the system will reinstall the correct driver.
