Windows 10: Anytime I try to fix my windows 10 files it bsod.

Its almost always a different error code when it happens but I've had kernel errors and critical process died and i can't repair the files or it bsods. I have a second drive in my pc that i would like to run the os off of but i dont know how to do that.

BSOD issue after fixing another BSOD error

Check Disk by following these steps:

• Type cmd in the search bar.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
  
• Type chkdsk x: /r, the /r command will fix errors found on the disk.
