My SSD is recognized in bios but when I select boot override I chose my SSD and still nothing what do I do?

American Megatrends logo issue

I was building my pc I just reached the end and I have the American megatrends logo coming but no text it just says the logo and American megatrends but nothing else I was wondering what should I do from this point on

 

Reset american megatrends or Something like that

American Megatrends Inc., is your BIOS. When the computer starts to boot, if you hit the DEL key... you will enter into the BIOS. Maybe your cat hit the DEL key by accident. To reset the BIOS, just reboot the computer and when it first begins to start... start hitting the DEL key about twice a second. This will get you into the BIOS. Once IN the BIOS, hit the F7 key to get the "Advanced view". Then, like in the pic below, choose the EXIT tab. Then click on "Load Optimized Defaults" then click OK. Then hit the F10 key to "Save & Exit" the BIOS. After you leave the BIOS the computer will continue to boot normally. This is a pic of MY BIOS. Yours will look similar but not exactly the same.

 

BIOS/reboot and select proper boot device

When I open the computer, it shows the BIOS Aptio Setup Utility. I’ve heard people say “Just restore default settings.” I’ve tried many times with no progression in fixing it. The farthest I’ve gotten ever with this error was fixing it, it runs for 10
minutes, BSOD, then instantly back to the BIOS. Whenever I try turning off the Secure boot control for the CSM, when I save and exit, it just shows the “reboot and select proper boot device”.
