Windows 10: Anyway I can make my head set louder?

Listening to Spotify all the volume is up but it's not that loud but if I put them on the xbox it's that loud I could go death

why won't column headings in File Explorer (Windows 10) stay the way I set them??

To resolve the issue with column heading on File Explorer, we suggest to follow the steps below:

• Click on the View Tab.
• Click Folder Options.
  
  
• Click Apply to all folders.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
