Windows 10: Anyway to change Win 8.1 Ent. 64 (installed) to Win 8.1 Pro 64 w/ new

Hi

I am wondering if there is anyway to 'change' my Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64 Bit install (w/ a legit key via MSDN) to a Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit version by using another legit Win 8.1 64 Pro key and/or 3rd party app ?? I have several legit keys I can use via my Dreamspark program from school. I know I can wait a bit and just download Win 10 free on the 29th from DS, however, I was wondering if I could utilize the upgrade feature with another box I am using for testing.

I guess the Enterprise version I had received from the MSDN awhile back is not eligible for the free upgrade due to the VLK issue.


Can I use some 3rd party integration program to change Enterprise to Pro at this point in time?

Installing windows 10 pro 64 bit on new PC

I realize that can only update win 8.1 pro 32 bit to

win 10 pro 32 bit , which I have done on old PC

But is there is a way to do a clean install to win 10 pro 64 bit on new PC?

If I had bought win 8.1 pro 64 bit instead would this be the case that

I could do a clean install to win 10 pro 64 bit on new PC?

Unfortunately I thought I had to buy a 32 bit win 8 pro as had 32 bit Vista

but did not know I had a 64 bit CPU so I should have bought win 8.1 pro 64 bit instead. Since my new PC has 16G RAM I have to get the 64 bit version

or only access 3.2G RAM max.
