Windows 10: Anyway to remove the large audio bar at the top of the screen and replace it with a smaller...

When not playing any audio, the volume bar at the top left of the screen is just the standard one. When playing audio, there is a massive rectangle next to it saying where the source of the audio comes from.

I know that on chrome, you can disable it, and I have done. But is there anyway to disable it universally?

Game screen to large


I have two hidden object games that has a screen that is to large and some of the objects are out of site on the sides. I tried setting the resolution smaller, but that just made the screen smaller and objects are still hidden. When I remove the check mark from full screen, the screen is to small to find the hidden objects. The game worked fine on my 19" monitor, but not this larger one. Any suggestion for how to remedy this?

What is the size of the new monitor? Have you tried its Native resolution? Does the publisher of the game/s have suggestions? Could also be the graphics adapter/card can't support it.

Its' possible that there were changes made on the browser's default text size or desktop display settings. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you try the these methods that can adjust the display size of your desktop and IE.

Method 1: Make text larger or smaller in IE 11.

• Open Internet Explorer and press the Alt key to display the menu bar.
• Select View, and then select Text size.
• Choose to make text larger or smaller than the size on the screen.
  

Method 2. Reduce screen display.

• Right-click anywhere on the desktop.
