Windows 10: AOL ACCT ISSUE

NEW COMPUTER had to get mcafee to transfer my antivirus software from old comp to new one. they took almost 2 hours to do that. finally got it done but now when I go to aol home page and go to retrieve mail a page comes up saying it won't connect and shows guce.advertising to check on bing. oand under that TO REFRESH. after refreshing twice it will load aol mail page and when done it does the same thing and I have to refresh twice again to get it to sign out. read that guce is a form of malware and want to get it off my aol and aol mail. have deleted aol for now.thanks,charlie

Syncing AOL email acct

Just upgraded to Windows 10. Initially my AOL email acct synced and I could access via the Mail Tile. However, it is no longer working. I deleted the acct and started over, but it is not working. Any assistance or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

• Which browser are you currently using to access AOL?
• Did you try downloading AOL app from Windows Store and check if you are facing similar issues?

Check if similar issue persists on accessing AOL on another browser. If the issue persists, I suggest you to download AOL app from Windows Store and check if it helps.



To download AOL app from Windows Store, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Store and select the top most search result.
• Type AOL in the search box located at the top right corner of the screen and press
  Enter key on the keyboard.
• Download the app and check if similar issue persists.

My mispelledmail acct

one of my e mail addresses is misspelled, but is one of those accts that pops up when I go to log in to an e mail acct. How do I remove this misspelled acct from this list of accts that pop up as suggestions when I begin typing in the email acct I want.
