Windows 10: APC index mismatch and IQRL not less or equal BSODs

I have been having fairly frequent crashes, with APC index mismatch and IRQL not less or equal being the most common errors. I have followed online bsod guides and have already

• checked for out of date drivers
• made sure windows stayed up to date
• tested ram with memtest86 both in dual channel and each ram stick individually with no errors
• completely reinstalled windows twice lowers the frequency of the crashes temporarily

At this point I would just like to know what is causing these errors, thank you for your time in advance.

I understand. I will give it a day or two and see if the BSOD returns. If it does, I will do the changes and post an update.

in post 15 APC INDEX MISMATCH error I didn't see any mentioning of a driver...

 

APC Index Mismatch after resetting pc

Before resetting my pc a few days ago, I had multiple BSODs, this included APC index mismatch, IRQL not less or equal(every day after running games). I tried some fixes from BSOD guides, but I never got it to fix and instead, the bluescreen came up more
frequently. During reset, when windows were reinstalling, at 0% I got another BSOD. But after the reset, no crashes were happening for a day or two until today. After running my games for a while, I closed it and got another BSOD this time it was APC Index
Mismatch. Because this was the first bluescreen after finishing my reset, my guess is that it will continue to happen. I tried going through my apps in safe mode, but I couldn't pinpoint any apps that were immediately making my pc crash. Send help.
