    APC Index Mismatch BSOD - When trying to print PDF files


    Hello!


    Yesterday I started receiving the BSOD for APC Index Mismatch whenever I attempted to print a PDF file. I would sincerely appreciate any assistance in solving this error. I print PDF files all throughout the day so this is really hindering my work. This just happened suddenly yesterday after I logged in. I could not print the PDF right from an email as I usually do I have Office 365 Business, check my email by using portal.office365.com, and I am using Google Chrome.


    I downloaded the PDF file to my desktop and tried to print using PDF XChange as I usually do and also received the BSOD error.


    I chose Devices & Drivers for the Windows 10 topic because everything I found about APC Index Mismatch suggests that one of the drivers might be bad or need to be updated. If that is the case, how do I go about determining which driver it is? Is there a way to update ALL drivers at once?

    I understand. I will give it a day or two and see if the BSOD returns. If it does, I will do the changes and post an update.

    in post 15 APC INDEX MISMATCH error I didn't see any mentioning of a driver...

    Windows 10 BSOD restarting : APC Index Mismatch

    I have purchased a new HP Laptop. After various Windows 10 updates, it began rebooting at startup several times with BSOD error: APC Index Mismatch.

    Currently running SUPERAntiSpyware, CCleaner, & Malwarebytes.
