APC_INDEX_MISMATCH and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD from ntoskrnl.exe on new build

I recently rebuilt my computer and it went well for about a week or two, but, as far as I can remember, with no hardware or software changes, it started crashing. This has been going on for about two weeks. I'm usually met with the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD, with the occasional WATCHDOG_VIOLATION every 15 minutes or so. They all seem to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe. I've tried the following tests to no avail:

    - Clean windows 10 boot

    - Memtest86 - no issues

    - Updating/rolling back graphics drivers (Used DDU)

    - Updating mobo chipset, lan, and vga drivers

    - Updating/rolling back bios

    - Removing all overclocks, overclock software, monitoring software, RGB software

    - Using different RAM

    - Using different GPU

    - Removing all USB devices except a wired mouse and keyboard

    - Removing all old or unused drivers (that I'm aware of)

I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated, because at this point, this is driving me nuts. Below are my most recent DMP files.

Almost forgot my system specs. Here they are:

    Ryzen 5 3600

    Asrock B550 Steel Legend

    EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 Super

    2x8gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200 C16

    250gb Samsung 850 Evo

    1tb Samsung 860 Evo

    Asus PCE-AC88 Wifi Adapter

  4. APC_INDEX_MISMATCH and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD from ntoskrnl.exe on new build

    Blue Screen of Death APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

This is the first time I got this particular error of apc_index_mismatch. But It's not the first time that my computer bluescreened while I was playing Tower. Prior to the windows update it used to be IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. But I then did an update through
the direct windows 10 iso file on Microsoft's website and havent had that happen since, but now i got this new crash. However, it is not the first time tower has BSOD in general
