Windows 10: Apc_index_mismatch

i got an Apc_index_mismatch bluescreen error when i was watching a show on chrome and that's all that was running.my crash report viewer thing says that this module is the problem ntoskrnl.exe nt+0x41AC40there other crashes that say that same module is the problem like KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALbut at the moment I'm just here for the apc_index_mismatch

For you to update the driver manually, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the Windows key.
• Click Device Manager.
• Locate and expand the category where the new device belong.
• Right-click the device’s name from the list and click Update Driver Software.

Blue screen error: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH when trying to install Audio driver

However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

An incompatible system driver causes the Blue screen error APC_INDEX_MISMATCH. For more information see

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
