Windows 10: App always tries to make itself full screen in Windows 11

Hello,I used an app in Windows 10 without issue. Now in windows 11, every time I try to use this specific app, it tries to make itself full screen. It covers the task bar without permission or prompt. The problem is, it is not actually in full screen. As in, if I try to click on a part of the app at the bottom of the screen, I select the unseen taskbar. And if I click and drag the top of the app as though it were properly in a window, it will move the window as you would expect, and then go back to appearing to be in full screen. Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
