App and game limits - how is it calculated?

When I specify that Game A can use 1.5 hours and Game B can use 1.5 hours, does that mean:

    - Each game can be played for 1.5 hours

    or

    - Combined gaming time is 1.5 hours

My goal is to set time limits for gaming and allow my son to play any of his installed games within those time limits.

    Thanks!

  2. calculator

    Hi,

Apps like the Calculator may not work due to a variety of reasons. This may include a corrupted user profile or a problem with the app itself. Have you already tried restarting your computer after the update?

Moreover, if the issue is limited to the Calculator app, we recommend following these steps to reset it.

Note: This will permanently delete the app's data on your device, including your preferences and sign-in details.

    • Click Start.
    • Select Settings.
    • Click System.
    • Click Apps & features.
    • Select the Calculator app from the list.
    • Click Advance options.
    • Click the Reset button.
    • Click Reset again to confirm.

Let us know if you have clarifications.

Windows 10 Calculator app gets always on top and compact mode features

Why not make a suggestion on the Feedback Hub.

I think this is a step in the right direction. I use Calculator daily.

  4. App and game limits - how is it calculated?

Unable to close Calculator app on Windows 10.

    Hi,

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the issue persists with other Windows Apps as well.

I suggest you to press/hold the left click button on the title bar of the calculator and drag the Windows to shrink the size of the Windows and check if the close (X) option appears. If the issue still persists, then suggest you to run the Windows Store
Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

    • Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
    • Click on View all on top left pane.
    • Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted on the status for further assistance.
