Windows 10: App blocks switching virtual desktops

I´ve started using virtual desktops to gain some order in workung 5 projects at the same time. As it is impossible in Windows 11 to ungroup symbols in the task bar ans see any file or folder names without any action this is inho the only way to work efficiently. I am not allowed to install third party apps.The virtual desktops works the way everybody knows apps don´t open in the desktops thex´re supposed to etc.But one app I have to use blocks switching the virtual desktops, no matter what way shortcut, Task View icon I use.After choosing the desktop I want to switch to, the display jumps

Ctrl + *Start + D adds a 'Virtual Desktop'
Ctrl + *Start + F4 deletes a desktop
Ctrl + *Start + forward or back arrows switches desktops.

win+tab opens virtual desktop switch ... but by repeated press it again disappears instead of continuing to next desktop :/

do you know how to advance to next desktop ? by keyboard not by pointing cursor over 2nd desktop ???
(win+tab+1 .... did not worked)


alt+tab - switch dialogue between desktop apps or between all apps (is not the solution)

any other shortcuts ? in this department ?

Opening Apps on a multiple virtual desktops

When I open an App, i.e. Excel, on one Virtual Desktop and then try and open an excel document from file explorer on a second virtual desktop the document opens up and switches views to the original virtual desktop making using virtual desktops frustrating
and time consuming. Is there anyway to get Apps to ensure that apps open on the current desktop even when the App is already open on another desktop?
