Windows 10: App can't launch in Windows 11

Upgraded just yesterday to windows 11, went ahead and cleaned up my disk so I could change the partition format to GPT and after I went ahead and started downloading the games and apps I had before. Now everything was fine and dandy, but one app, namely Hoyoplay MIhoyo's game launcher, just couldn't be properly launched. After I click on it, it shows up briefly on task manager for like a couple of seconds and then nothing it's gone. Event viewer also shows up an error whenever I try to launch it. Tried most of the things I could find online but nothing seems to have helped.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows 10 Apps are unable to launch

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• 
  Incorrect App settings.
  
• 
  App is corrupt.
  

Before starting the troubleshooting steps, I suggest you to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it helps. If not, try these steps:

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to re-register all Windows Store Apps by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register
"$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Get Started app wont launch

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there
