    Thank you for replying.

    I suggest you to install the Get Windows 10 app on the tablet and check if the device is compatible. It will give you a Compatibility Report which will explain if the device is compatible or not. If you find that the device is compatible then you upgrade
    to Windows 10. If you didn't check compatibility of the device then you will have these kind of issues.
