Windows 10: App data folder related

I want to inform you that I recently uninstall bit torrent from my laltol so after uninstalling I see that it's some folder is located in user app data local and roaming so I just delete them from there because I uninstall bit torrent. Will this folder automatically create in user app data when I reinstall bit torrent

Split Steam app folder between 2 HDD?

As the title suggests I want to find out if there's a way I can split my steam app folder on to 2 drives, specifically an SSD that I will be putting my OS and most used games and apps and a regular HDD for everything else?

 

Upgrading my data drive HDD

I am not the one actually set it up for me I had geek squad do it for me because I didn't want to mess it up. but the folders that are listed in the data drive is

windows apps
razar soft wear

 

Finally possible to put Metro apps in a folder?

You could use step 4 in Option 1 to add a new folder in the All Apps list, then add shortcuts into the new folder.
