Windows 10: app did'nt start

I recently installed the current upgrade sent by Microsoft, after the upgrade the Photos app not starting. I have tried Repair and rest. The upgrade lists all my drivers and cause a fail message error Error 0x800703f1.

Short of the drastic move of a reinstall , I am unable to use this app which is part of the product I purchased.

Please inform me what your response to my problem???

1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Start Settings in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
