Windows 10: App I want isn’t Microsoft verified. How do I download it?

I am trying to download star stable online on my computer and when I hit open file it tells me that the app isn’t Microsoft verified app but I don’t care I just want to download it anyway how am I to do that? Do I have to cancel the Microsoft membership to do so? The computer I have does not have a lot of space so I’m limited to what I can do.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Go to Search box next to Windows icon and then type Apps & features

Step 2:

Click to open Apps & features settings

Step 3:

Under Installing Apps drop-down select Allow apps from anywhere
