    Edit : Ok, now it turns out that my entire game is "missing" from my PC, the store doesn't consider it installed, even though it is. And I can't find it in my programs. The store is only prompting me to redownload it again, even though it is downloaded and is taking 70GB+ of my HDD. Jesus what a piece of shit windows and store...

    I had to reset my Forza Horizon 4. After the reset was done my icon from the Start menu disappeared. How do I get it back ? I once had this problem again and the only solution I found was to redownload the entire game, which is a ridiculous solution for such a small problem.

    Corrupted applications are the possible causes why your program icons are missing after an update. To isolate your issue, we'd like to clarify a few things:

    • When you hover your mouse over your taskbar or Start menu, are you seeing the icons for your apps?
    • Have you tried searching for a specific app and check if it will appear on the search results?
