Windows 10: App Icons become blank/transparent in taskbar. Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.3447

Hi, I've noticed this since months ago.The icon in taskbar will become blank or transparent after switching to other desktop using Ctrl + Win + Left/Right Arrow.Once that happens, I should click all those blank/transparent icons one by on to have them show correctly.And, the icon become blank or transparent seems with random and probability, every time the affected icons are different.My windows version information is as bellow.Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Installed on ‎9/‎20/‎2023 OS build 22631.3447 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0 Any hints or advise for

Native Windows Apps have blank icons in taskbar.

Hello.

I upgraded my Windows 10 Pro 64bit to the Fall Creators update.
Everything is working fine after the update except the native modern apps whi
When I open them, their icons are missing from the taskbar and also from their thumbnails.
If I search for the apps through Cortana, the apps appear without their icons as well.

This is only happening with the native modern apps like Store, PC Settings and Edge.
Third party apps like Flipboard dont have this problem, their icon is shown everywhere.
To clarify, the problematic apps do work normally, it's their icon that is only missing.

I used google and discovered that this is a common problem which appears after the Fall Creators upgrade. I followed several solutions but with no success. (sfc, dism, powershell,etc).
I am asking here in case someone has any other suggestion on how to fix this. Clean install is not an option.

Official Windows 11 v23H2 is build 22631.xxx and you have Dev chanel insider preview build 23595 which is already ahead of official version 23H2. Your only way to get Windows 11 23H2, build 22631.xxx is to do clean install of that released version.

 

Windows 11 23H2 Taskbar Icons Missing Again (again)

I had icons missing on the task bar. I completed the steps in the following link (microsoft question). The icons came back. When I went to update my nvidia drivers, the icons are now missing again. I followed the steps below and they did not fix the issue like they did before I updated the nvidia drivers. I can't figure out how to revert to the old drivers so I'm not quite sure what to do.
